At Fitter Pate, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Payment Method

  • We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Since no online payment is taken in advance, refunds are applicable only under specific circumstances (see below).


2. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if the item delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.


3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photo(s) showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.


4. Return Approval and Pickup

  • Once your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available).

  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, we will guide you on how to ship the item back to us.


5. Refund Process

Since we only accept Cash on Delivery:

  • If your return is approved, no refund will be issued, but we may offer:

    • A replacement of the same item, or

    • A store credit you can use on your next purchase

We do not issue cash or online payment refunds under any circumstance.


6. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery


7. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
